After purchasing his own home 12 years ago, Greg Beckman, certified luxury homes Realtor® at Coldwell Banker Realty, wanted to make sure others had a better experience than he did. “After doing a lot of research, I decided to become a Realtor® myself.” Beckman, who moved from D.C. to Chesapeake Beach, says that living on the water is simply magical. In fact, he loves introducing others to the hidden gem of the Chesapeake Bay’s western shore. “It’s less than an hour from the district, but most people don’t know about the quaint towns that dot the bay. I love helping people who are moving into the area. I live here so I know the little things, from where to shop at grocery stores to where you want to get the crabs for your crab feast, and everything in between”.
